If you have received any SPAM for the day, you will receive an email similar to the one below. This email will display all your SPAM for the last 14 days. If you do not want or need any of these emails, you do not have to do anything. The IronPort will delete SPAM emails older than 14 days.
If you click on the subject line you will be taken to a page similar to the one below where you can take an action on the email from the dropdown list.
If you click on the "view all quarantine messages" in the original email, you will be directed to the IronPort screen. You may get a certificate error since this is an internal server. You can click on the "Continue to this website".
Under the "Options" in the top right corner of the page, you can build your own safe sender list and your own blocklists.
If you are prompted for a username and password, you need to will use your username and password that you use for APECS which is firstname.lastname. (Your email address minus the @bc3.edu)
